“I have wanted to become an au pair since my early teenage years. When I was younger, a friend of mine did an au pair year too, and I was very fascinated by the things she experienced. Living abroad and exploring different lifestyles were always one of my biggest dreams. I already lived one month abroad in February 2022 in America and visited the school there, but I realized that I would like to spend a longer time with a host family abroad since I believe that I can learn so much from it, especially about other cultures.
